  1. Is SN GREEN a registered business?
    SN GREEN is registered with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) with registration number LLP0009580 LGN
  2. Is Skyway V-PlusTM safe for consumption?
    Our product safety is our utmost important concern. It is labotary tested to be free of heavy metal and microbial. During production process, quality checks (IPQC) are also performed, and the full array of tests are then repeated on the finished product. The finished product then undergoes a stability test, before being approved for public consumption.
  3. Is Skyway V-PlusTM authorised by the Authority?
    Skyway V-PlusTM is registered under food category with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (ref : KKM 280116/01/034).
  4. Does SN GREEN offer wholesale & dealership?
    We do offer wholesale & dealership. Please contact us by email at info@sngreen.com.my or call 016-3339103 for more information.
  5. Is there any sample for trial ?
    At the moment, we do not provide sample for trial.
  6. Is Skyway V-Plus Halal ?
    Yes,Skyway V-Plus is certified Halal by JAKIM.

PURCHASE

  1. How do I place an order?
    First,  you can choose to sign up to an account or to proceed straight to the “Shop” or “Buy Now” page. Then, you can start looking for the items you wish to purchase. Then click “Add To Cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the “Checkout” button. Key in the address you wish to ship to, and select the Payment Method you would like to use.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Cancellation
    Customer could request for cancellation if the order has not been processed or has not been dispatched after payment completion (minimum 7 working days after payment completion).
  2. Return Process Flow
    • Customer could request for return within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • First, check on seller’s approval on buyer’s request by contacting the customer service.
    • Customer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks on the returned product.
    • Seller then approves the return and to arrange for refund. Then the process is completed.
  3. Exchange Process Flow
    • Customer could request for exchange within 7 calendar days following receipt of delivery.
    • First, check on seller’s approval on buyer’s request by contacting the customer service.
    • Customer sends product in question to seller.
    • Seller receives and checks on the returned product.
    • Seller then approves the exchange and to arrange for new product delivery to customer. Then the process is completed.
  4. How to Request for Cancellation/Return/Exchange
    • Customer can request for cancellation if the seller fail to process or dispatch the product after 7 working days from the order & payment completion.  If you have a Site account, you may cancel an order that is listed as “pending” in the “Order History” section of your account, but you may not cancel an order if the status is listed as “processing” or “shipped”. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Care during Skyway Natural’s hours of operation (weekdays 9.00am to 5.30pm Malaysia time) to request an order cancellation. Customer’s credit card will not be charged if the order is cancelled prior to processing.
    • Customer can request for return after obtaining product and send the product in question to seller by contacting our customer service.
      After seller checks on returned product is flawed, approval will be granted. Thus payment will be refunded and the process is completed.
    • Customer can request for exchange if the product is wrongly shipped. Send the product in question to seller by contacting the customer service. After seller checks on returned product is flawed, approval will be granted. Thus new products exchange will be delivered and the process is completed.
  5. Criteria for Return/Exchange
    Customer can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days from receipt of delivery date. But return/exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
  • When the request is made due to ‘change of mind’ after the order been successfully processed.
  • When the product is used, destroyed or damaged.
  • When the tag attached to product is removed or package of product is opened and product value is damaged.
  • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost.
  • When too much time has passed and product value has so decreased that its re-sale is not possible.
  • When components of product (including free gift) have been used or lost.
  • When buyer did not follow the instructions stated in the product.

SALES POLICY

  1. Sales Policy
    This sales policy (“Sales Policy”) applies to you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) when you purchase any products or services from SN GREEN PLT (“SN GREEN”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and/or any of its affiliates through the online store (the “Store”) available through the website www.skywaynatural.com (the “Site”). You and SN GREEN agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing all sales transactions between Customer and SN GREEN. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend this Sales Policy by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this Sales Policy and, therefore, will be null and void. In addition, this Sales Policy is subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to you. Therefore, please check this Sales Policy carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods through the Store.
  2. Purchases
    You may purchase products through our Store as a non-subscribing Site user or you may create an account with our Site in order to personalise your purchases. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details on how SN GREEN collects, stores and uses your personal information. You may purchase products that you wish to buy from SN GREEN by adding such products to your shopping cart available through the Store. You may search for products, and review, add to or remove products from your shopping cart by using the navigational tools available on the Site. Once you have finished browsing you may proceed to submit your order to check-out for purchase, or if you have a Site account, you may save the products in your shopping cart for purchase at a later time. After you have submitted your order and shipping selections, along with your billing and credit card information, you will receive an e-mail receipt from SN GREEN confirming your purchase. You may review and print receipts for orders that you have placed at any time within one (1) year from the date of your purchase, by logging in to your Site account and navigating to the “Order History” section of your account. Price, specifications and terms of offer contained on the Site are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in Malaysia Ringgit. SN GREEN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  3. Criteria for Payment & Delivery

  • Online Transfer. Online transfer receipt must email to info@sngreen.com.my as proof of payment.
  • Payment Term
    An order placed through the Store is not binding upon SN GREEN until it is accepted; SN GREEN must confirm pre-authorisation of your credit card & online payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment of your order. Customers can make payments by credit card, or any method listed under the Methods of Payment of this Sales Policy. You will receive an e-mail from SN GREEN confirming acceptance of your order and processing of your payment following your submission of your order in accordance with this Sales Policy.
  • Delivery
    SN GREEN will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as we can. In Malaysia, this is usually through Pos Malaysia’s Post Laju service. You may track your order via Post Laju’s website. Although we do our best to have your order with you within 7 to 14 days. Please note: it is up to the discretion of Pos Malaysia whether or not they will leave an item at your home if you are not available to take delivery. They may leave a card in your letterbox for you to pick up from your local Post Office.     SN GREEN will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.
  • Delivery Charges
    Total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the SN GREEN’s invoice.
